Fortitude and BTG Pactual to breathe new life into The Oitavos

The Oitavos hotel, built by the Champalimaud family, will be renamed Fasano Cascais and operated by the Brazilian luxury brand. Works are expected to be completed by 2028.
The Fortitude fund, launched by António Esteves, and BTG Pactual have completed the acquisition of The Oitavos, a deal first set in motion in April this year.
