  • Investor relations: data required for due diligence and KYC processes, in cases where the user is an investor or prospective investor.

9.4 Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law. Contact data is deleted within [24 months] of the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

Users have the right, at any time, to access their personal data; request its rectification or erasure; object to processing or request its restriction; request data portability; and withdraw consent previously given.
