Fortitude Capital, António Esteves's venture capital firm, will invest up to €120 million in creating, developing and managing residences exclusively for independent seniors, a project described as a first in Portugal. Senior Club plans to bring up to seven residences with close to 900 apartments to the rental market in the main urban areas of Lisbon and Porto, where "there is unmet demand for affordable, quality housing solutions.
